Prof. Simone Grandini DDS, PhD
Prof. Grandini is the Dean of the Degree Course in Dentistry and Dental Prosthodontics, and the Vice-Director of the Department of Medical Biotechnology at the University of Siena. As the Head of the Department of Conservative Dentistry, Endodontics, Pediatric Dentistry, and Periodontology, he plays a pivotal role in advancing dental education and clinical research. A highly respected leader in the field, he is the President of SIDOC (Italian Society of Restorative Dentistry) and an active member of AIE, SIDOC, and IAED. Additionally, he is an academic member of SIE and a distinguished member of Style Italiano and Style Italiano Endodontics. His contributions to dental research and education extend globally, as he holds an honorary professorship at Hong Kong University. With over 300 publications in national and international journals, he is a prolific researcher and educator. He has shared his expertise as a speaker at more than 1,000 national and international courses, congresses, and conferences, making significant contributions to the advancement of restorative and endodontic dentistry.
